A & A Cars Service Ltd – TfL Licensed Private Hire Operator

When A & A Cars Service Ltd accepts a booking, a contract is formed between A & A Cars Service Ltd and the passenger for the provision of the booked journey.
The journey will be carried out by a TfL-licensed private hire driver using a licensed private hire vehicle.
The driver carries out the journey on behalf of A & A Cars Service Ltd.
Passengers must provide accurate booking information and treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and must not damage the vehicle or behave in a threatening or abusive manner.
The passenger must pay the agreed fare for the journey. The passenger may pay the driver in cash or by card. Once the driver arrives at the collection point, the first 5 minutes of waiting time are free. The next 15 minutes of waiting time are charged at 50 pence per minute (a maximum waiting charge of £7.50). If the passenger takes the journey, they will pay the fare plus any waiting charge when the journey ends. If the passenger has not arrived after a total of 20 minutes, the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation charge in clause 5 will apply.
A flat cancellation charge of £10 applies if a passenger cancels after the driver has been dispatched or has arrived at the collection point, or if the booking is cancelled because the passenger has not arrived within 20 minutes.
Where a booking is cancelled, only the £10 cancellation charge is payable. No waiting charges apply.

A & A Cars Service Ltd remains responsible for providing every booking that it accepts from a passenger. Using a driver or vehicle to carry out the journey does not transfer this contractual responsibility to the driver.
By making a booking with A & A Cars Service Ltd, whether by telephone, WhatsApp or email, the passenger agrees to these terms and conditions.
